Kendall Jenner is reportedly single after breaking-up with rapper Bad Bunny right before the holidays. However, it may not last long, because the supermodel is reportedly thinking of reconciling with her other ex-boyfriend Devin Booker, and even her friends are supportive.
Speaking to Radar Online, a source explains that Kendall’s inner circle never saw long term potential in Bad Bunny, implying he may have been a rebound after the model ended her relationship with Booker in 2022.
Reality TV earnings aside, the entire Kardashian-Jenner family earns millions from their many lucrative businesses.
“Friends aren’t surprised Kendall and Bad Bunny broke up,” the source explained. “They never really saw their relationship going the distance anyway.”
“Of course, they want the best for their friend, but they really didn’t feel Kendall was as compatible with Bad Bunny as she was in past relationships with other people!” the insider added.
Kendall and Bad Bunny haven’t commented on their reported split, which isn’t surprising given how infamously private they were about their relationship. But months before the break-up, the rapper uncharacteristically opened up about his future family plans or lack thereof.
Speaking to Vanity Fair, the Puerta Rican native admitted he doesn’t see marriage or kids in his future, which contrasts with Kendall’s previous comments, as she’s been vocal about wanting a family someday. Though unconfirmed, there has been speculation that Kendall and Bad Bunny’s differing views on the future contributed to their split after nearly a year of dating.
Kendall’s friends are hoping for a reconciliation of sorts, though, but between her and Devin Booker, who the source claims has the most potential to make her happy in the long run.
“Truth be told, some people are secretly hoping she gets back together with Devin again,” the insider added to Radar. “That’s who they feel suited her the best and who made her feel the happiest.”
Kendall has very rarely showcased her love interested on her family’s various reality shows, so it wasn’t surprising when she didn’t disclose a reason for breaking up with Devin in October 2022, months before being linked to Bad Bunny. But reports at the time claimed Kendall and Devin’s conflicting schedules played a part.
“Both have incredibly busy schedules right now with their careers and they’ve decided to make that a priority,” a source told PEOPLE, emphasizing the split was amicable. “They have a lot of love and respect for each other and wish only the best.”
Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kylie and Kendall used to have a "type." But their current partners appear to be complete polar opposites.
Though on-and-off, Kendall and Devin were romantically linked starting in 2020. They apparently became official on Valentine’s Day in 2021. "What first seemed like a fun hookup, is now a relationship,” an earlier source told PEOPLE. “They are exclusive and Kendall is very happy with Devin."
There haven’t been any recent sightings of Kendall and Devin together, so any hopes for a reconciliation remain wishful thinking among Kendall’s fans and loved ones.
