He ended his tournament with a .932 SV% and a 1.76 GAA, marks that finished third and fourth, respectively, out of all goalies in the tournament.

The Canadian team and fans know Milic was instrumental in winning gold when he was not chosen by the IIHF for the Best Goaltender Award or by the media for the goaltender All-Star spot.
